Noor represents the city of the future
Atrium Project Management Inc. (APM) has signed a contract with Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG)'s prominent project, Noor City, to provide the full project management services for the project along its life.
APM was the winning candidate of a long selection process made by the highest ranked real estate developer in Egypt, due to having the ability and techniques to manage such huge project.
The smart, eco-friendly city spanning over 5,000 feddans, representing a new model of the twenty-first century’s cities, providing a new level of integrated modern housing, and enhancing a contemporary community lifestyle in a healthy and safe environment, and a new model for sustainable development, being one of the fourth-generation cities.
Noor represents the city of the future, with pedestrian oriented design that seeks to reinforce a new paradigm shift in Egypt toward greater community and environmental stewardship.
Twelve distinct neighborhoods are woven together with a network of pedestrian and cycle paths, dynamic landscapes, and enriching amenities that promote health and well-being. Naturalistic landscapes and abundance of open spaces encourage connection to nature while also improving the ecological services of the site.
A large 20-acre, central park forms the ‘heart of the city’ and center of the main spines that link the community to the destination commercial district with a five-star hotel, hospital, innovation hub, university campus, and schools for all ages.
