Atrium Project Management has successfully digitalized the company's operating system, as APM intends to modernize core business processes to provide better consumer experiences, become a more data-driven business, and support new business models.
APM started utilizing SAP S/4Hana as their ERP, handling the company’s daily operational transactions in full fledge mode, following the successful implementation of the same system in Atrium Quality contractors.
S/4Hana provides a more flexible adapted system, having something that has built-in analytics, more self-service reporting, all those kinds of things that modern systems really offer.
APM keeps improving and upgrading their system, hence the next step would be to apply the EPPM/CPM for project management purposes.
